Two Auto Deals Are Struck

Two auto-related sales went down in the last month. In the first, Morgan’s Auto Body has been fixing cars for three decades in Capitol Heights. And now that it has bought the place, it will continue that work. Morgan paid $850,000 for the 1.1 acres it already occupies at 200 68th Place in Capitol Heights. That includes an 11,500 square foot warehouse Morgan uses for body shop work. The company’s body work business goes back to the early ‘90’s.

In a second sale, Providence Motors LLC will open a shop selling used cars at 8444 Ardwick Ardmore Road in Landover. Providence paid $515,000 for the ¼ acre plot, improved with a 1,700 square foot house/office. The tract has frontage on the main road in the Ardwick Ardmore Industrial Center, and for years was a dentist’s office. Andy Mayr at NAI Michael brokered both the Morgan’s and the Providence deals.
