Accounting & finance

Using Yardi software, we prepare a full array of clear, comprehensive reports, such as cash flow statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, trial balance, tenant ledgers, delinquency reports, rent roll, and more. In addition, we prepare your annual budget and monitor it closely to ensure you meet your revenue and expense goals.

Building operations & maintenance

Our team of property managers and in-house, certified building engineers work together to minimize costly repairs. To do this, we design and implement a full preventative maintenance program to guarantee your asset is operated in the most efficient and quality manner. Scheduled property inspections allow our property manager to issue monthly building condition reports to you that detail the physical operations and management of your property.

Tenant relations

We understand the importance of establishing and maintaining effective communications and a strong rapport with your property tenants. Regularly scheduled property visits, tenant socials, tenant meetings, and individually designed property tenant activity programs help maintain full lease compliance and ensure maximum tenant retention.
