By Maryland Newsletters’ Prince George’s Newsletter, Volume 34, Number 17
Newly sold, 10401 Tucker Street will go back into service as the home for a construction company.
The Beltsville warehouse traded recently to the Branson Brothers Limited Partnership. Branson paid $1.975 million for the 9,600 square foot building, and will install an affiliated construction company within its four walls. 10401 Tucker is a free-standing industrial building at the signalized corner of Tucker and Sunnyside Avenue.
The small industrial building was sold by a partnership headed by principals of J.E. Richards Electrical, which had vacated the building only recently. Richards freed the warehouse up by moving to the Hargrove Industrial Campus in Lanham.
Mike DiMeglio, Mike Isen and Allen Cornell at NAI Michael represented the seller, while Peter Herring at Addison Herring Inc. represented the buyer.
