Hands of Hope Services Acquires New Building

After years of leasing space at Forbes Boulevard, Hands of Hope Adult Medical Day Services, Inc. has taken the next step in its growth with the acquisition of 4260-4296 Forbes Blvd in Lanham, MD. This owner-occupied purchase marks an exciting milestone for Dr. Anastasia Dabi, Founder and Executive Director of Hands of Hope, who is thrilled to now own a piece of the business park.

Hands of Hope Services will occupy the existing 15,000 square foot vacancy for its adult day program. The 55,883 square foot building was purchased for $10,950,000.

Congratulations to Jessica Vazquez and Monica Byrd, PMP® of NAI Michael, who represented the buyer, and to Ken Fellows, Robert Pugh, and Keiry Martinez of KLNB, who represented the seller, H DSC Forbes Industrial LLC.

NAI Michael will also provide property management services for the property, with Christina Richardson overseeing the account.
