Art-Focused Warehouse Portfolio Sale in Mount Rainier, MD

A four-building, art-focused warehouse portfolio recently sold in Mount Rainier, Maryland. The portfolio, totaling 52,300 square feet, was purchased by Nobody Properties LLC for $6.4 million. The seller, Widmayer Properties, had owned the building since they were constructed in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

The portfolio is in the Gateway Arts District on Wells Avenue, Otis Street, and Oak Lane. As an art-focused warehouse portfolio, it is home to 17 creative tenants, such as the Washington Glass School, White Point Studio, and Otis Street Arts Project.

Andy Mayr and Rachel Hicks of NAI Michael represented the seller, while Pat Thompson of NAI Michael brought the buyer.
