Zach Hogue specializes in the sale and lease of industrial properties. He represents industrial landlords and tenants with acquisition, disposition, leasing and marketing of all industrial property types, including data centers, logistics, and manufacturing facilities. As an experienced leader, Hogue applies an integrated business approach that combines site selection, advisory services, and consulting with exceptional market expertise and insight. He expertly navigates clients through sale and leasing processes, finding optimum space solutions, negotiating better terms and ultimately helping clients achieve optimal business outcomes. 

Hogue has completed over 35 industrial real estate transactions worth more than 66 million dollars in total consideration. His clients include Stack Infrastructure, Alliance Industrial Company, Crow Holdings Industrial, Dalfen, and Circle Industrial. Hogue represents tenants such as Rogers Electric, Switch, Genesis Administrative Services, Interior/Exterior Building Supply, and Stier Supply. He was named to the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club in 2023 and 2024.

Hogue resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and two sons. He serves as an Elder at Kairos Church, where he and his family have been involved since 2021.
