Jackson Hoover began with NAI Robert Lynn in July 2025 as a Market Director with NAI Robert Lynn’s Office Division. Teaming up with Dan Jardine, Jackson has contributed to transactions and market insights throughout the Far North Dallas office market. In this position, he tracks every building owner, tenant, available space, and completed transaction in his market.

Jackson brings a research-driven and analytically sound approach to every assignment. He has a proven ability to track and interpret real estate trends by conducting rent surveys, underwriting asset performance, and assessing market competition. His consistent exposure to live deals and lender relationships has equipped him to support high-performing teams and deliver informed insights to clients.

Background & Experience

Jackson began his career in real estate as an Intern at Walker & Dunlop, where he gained hands-on experience with rental analysis, financial modeling, and investment underwriting. He then expanded his expertise at Marcus & Millichap by supporting analysts with debt quote matrices, attending capital market meetings, and completing underwriting tasks.

Jackson was raised in Dallas, Texas, and lived here his whole life until attending the University of Clemson. He participates in golf and spends time with family.
