Background & Experience

Dick has been in the commercial real estate business for over 35 years. With a background in finance and development, Dick specializes in office sales and leasing, land for development and investment sales in the East King County area from I-90 north to South Snohomish County.

Dick has represented national, regional and local clients, including Albertsons, Northshore School District, and many local developers. He’s also recognized by many of his peers for being extremely knowledgeable on the City of Bothell submarket, and in particular, the very successful ongoing redevelopment of the downtown Bothell area.

Dick received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Dick served as a member of the Bothell City Council from 1999-2003. As a council member, Dick also served on a number of regional committees focusing on transportation, growth management, and economic development issues. Dick has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and chaired the Economic Development and Government Relations Committee. He also served as the Chair Emeritus of the Eastside Transportation Association and as a member of the ETA Board of directors.

Dick currently resides in Bothell with his wife, Gina.
