Bret is an industrial real estate specialist focused on leasing and sales in South King, and Pierce Counties. A diligent worker, Bret strives to go the extra mile for each one of his team’s clients in order to exceed their highest expectations. 

Bret is highly adaptable and understands that each client’s situation is different and requires a thoughtful plan to ensure the highest probability of success. Bret prides himself on taking the time to develop an intuitive understanding of his client’s goals, which enables him to turn those goals into a reality. In order to do this, Bret listens thoroughly to his clients before developing a plan that is uniquely suited to their business model.

Bret is a graduate of Gonzaga University having studied Accounting and Finance. Thanks to his dual degree, Bret has an in-depth knowledge of the financial processes that are integral to ensuring financial success. Aside from work, Bret actively invests in multi-family housing developments. In his spare time Bret enjoys hiking and fishing, as well as playing tennis and golf. Bret also spends his free time volunteering, studying Italian and traveling.
