Since 1999, Bob Swain has been providing investment and location advice to owners and occupants of industrial, flex, and office properties in the City of Seattle, and is known as an expert in the neighboring areas outside of the downtown central business district.

His business practice also includes tenant representation and investment sales in other areas of the greater Puget Sound region, and he often brings in other experts within the company to ensure that his clients are provided the best representation possible.

With more than 25 years of experience working with large corporations, regional investors, government agencies, and family-owned portfolios & businesses, Bob has developed a reputation as a trusted real estate advisor that gives fully informed, data driven, honest, and straight-forward advice to his clients.

His clients have included a diverse group of both national and local companies, such as Lennox Industries, C.C. Bob and his wife live in Kenmore and have 3 adult children. He has been regularly active in his community over the years as a youth sports coach, former Board Director and President of the Northshore School Board, and a volunteer at his local parish. Outside of work Bob enjoys being with his family, playing beer league ice hockey and golf, reading, and playing the guitar.
