Mr. Mayr is a Senior Vice President of NAI Michael, which specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, investment sales and land development. Mr. Mayr has worked on numerous projects which entailed the initial stages of land development through the final phase of construction, with leasing and/or selling taking place before, during and after construction. Mr. Mayr's previous/ongoing clients are Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT), AFL-CIO, Mercantile Bank, Legg Mason Real Estate Advisors, Clark Enterprises, Gingery Development, The University of Maryland, E-Z Storage, M&T Bank, U-Haul, Velsor Investments, and many others.

Mr. Mayr has been in sales and leasing with NAI Michael since 1989. He has completed over 1,000 sales and leases during this period. Mr. Mayr is bi-lingual, being fluent in German.
