- Exclusively represented Washington Metro Area Transit Authority WMATA as Tenant Rep for 30,000 s.f. of Class "A" Office space
- Member of team to exclusively represent Whole Foods Market Group for 200,000 s.f. of Warehouse/ Distribution space as well as 32,000 s.f. of build-to-suit Class "A" Office space in CBD area
- Investment transactions in excess of $100 million in properties from Office Buildings, to Land, and Industrial
- Over 100 acres of prime Residential Land to Mitchell & Best Custom Homes and NVR Homes for prices in excess of $300M per raw acre
- Represented National Corporations including Public Storage, Inc. to locate a new Distribution Facility in the D.C. Metropolitan area
- Recently sold a 96,000 s.f. facility, that was leased to RIS Paper for 10 years, NNN for a 5.8% Cap Rate
- Represented Sandy Spring Bank & Trustee in the disposition of 65,000 s.f. food distribution facility
- Represented Bankruptcy Appointed Trustee for the disposition of 50,000 s.f. food distribution facility in Washington D.C.
