- Exclusively represented Washington Metro Area Transit Authority WMATA as Tenant Rep for
30,000 s.f. of Class "A" Office space.
- Member of team to exclusively represent Whole Foods Market Group for 200,000 s.f. of
Warehouse/Distribution space as well as 32,000 s.f. of build-to-suit Class "A" Office space in
CBD area.
- Investment transactions in excess of $100 million in properties from Office Buildings, to Land,
and Industrial.
- Over 100 acres of prime Residential Land to Mitchell & Best Custom Homes and NVR Homes
for prices in excess of $300M per raw acre.
- Represented National Corporations including Public Storage, Inc. to locate a new Distribution
Facility in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
- Recently sold a 96,000 s.f. facility, that was leased to RIS Paper for 10 years, NNN for a 5.8%
Cap Rate.
