Lance Schwarz joined NAI The Michael Companies, Inc. in 2000 as a College Intern. In his first year (2003) as an Associate Mr. Schwarz participated in over $9,000,000.00 in transactions. In 2005 Mr. Schwarz was recognized as a "CoStar Power Broker" for Industrial Leasing in the Washington, D.C. region. His focus has been on Industrial Sales and Leasing in the Prince George's County, Baltimore-Washington Corridor, but has also completed Office, Flex, and Land transactions. Lance has leased over 500,000 square feet of commercial space since 2005. Mr. Schwarz has also recently begun to diversify his work portfolio by focusing on real estate investments. His experience through gaining his degree in Economics has given him a significant understanding in financial market trends and interest rate fluctuations, which he utilizes in investment real estate.
