• Exclusively represent investment clients who have accumulated investment properties, Industrial - Office, ranging from $8,000,000 and up

• Exclusively represented dozens of investment clients who have taken advantage of the Tax Deferred 1031 opportunities to defer their Capital Gains Taxes

• Exclusively represented an investment client to acquire a 15.9 acre industrial facility on the Washington Beltway with a 102,000 sf building. Leased up the entire property before settlement generating over $1,000,000 in net revenue/year from publicly traded credit tenants

• Coordinated a development team to develop a 15-acre heavy industrial site for H&E Equipment with a project value of $9,900,000

• Representing Monument Bank (Montgomery County) in various dispositions of commercial property ranging from an $8 million dollar investment-grade retail center to a 1,000-acre residential land project totaling in excess of $13 million

• Over 100 acres of prime residential land to Mitchell & Best Custom Homes and NVR Homes for prices in excess of $300M per raw acre

• Represented national corporations including Public Storage, Inc. to locate a new distribution facility in the D.C. metropolitan area

• Sold a 96,000 SF facility that was leased to RIS Paper for 10 years, NNN for a 5.8% cap rate

• Represented Sandy Spring Bank & Trustee in the disposition of 65,000 SF food distribution facility

• Represented Bankruptcy Appointed Trustee for the disposition of 50,000 SF food distribution facility in Washington D.C.
